Arzu recently completed her Bachelor degree with honours in Teaching English as a Foreign Language at Azərbaycan Dillər Universiteti (Azerbaijan University of Languages) and is working as a teacher. She has always been interested in social change and positive impact with the help of youth and is involved in different volunteering programs, such as Erasmus + training, Azerbaijan Science Association, Formula1, and AIESEC. Representing the interests of various organisations and platforms on a voluntary basis has played an important role in her personal and social development. When she was a volunteer in the National Assembly of Youth Organizations in Azerbaijan, she became familiar with the essence of youth work and became one of the members of the International Youth Council. Arzu believes that this initiative is an excellent opportunity to spread knowledge regarding European values among young people and exchange valuable experience in terms of promoting European integration in Azerbaijan.
