Growing up in a French—Ukrainian family in Kyiv, Anton grew up in a context where Ukraine was always inseparably connected to a wider Europe. After finishing school and obtaining secondary education diplomas in both Kyiv and Paris, Anton moved to London, where he now studies History, Politics and Economics (BA, Ultimate year) at the UCL School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies. He is the founder and President of the UCL Ukrainian Society, leading a large student community and promoting Ukraine’s voice in the UK, organising various events and projects. Anton has been involved in many voluntary initiatives and in his late experience, he worked as an intern at the Embassy of Ukraine in the USA. He has recently launched a podcast called Сіль Землі (Salt of the Earth), where he interviews prominent Ukrainians.
