Anatolii is from the city of Mykolayiv, situated in the Southern part of Ukraine. He graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations. Currently, Anatolii studies for his Master`s degree in the same field at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During his bachelor studies, Anatolii participated in numerous EU-related events and workshops, organized by the university and Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence. He is deeply interested in the foreign and security policy of the European Union, the Eastern Partnership program, and overall, in relations of the EU with its neighbours. Moreover, Anatolii is keen on writing different analytical materials regarding international relations and is interested in the environmental policy of the EU.
This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium. It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
