Alla is a third-year student at the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE). She has five years of experience in volunteering and social work. Currently, Alla is an Executive Assistant at the Youth for change NGO, a board member at Armenian Progressive Youth, and a member of the European Youth Parliament. She has already completed five Erasmus+ Youth Exchange programs in Germany, Bulgaria, and other countries. Alla has organised and co-organised a large number of regional and international events.

It is part of the larger Neighbourhood Communication Programme (2020-2024) for the EU's Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood, which also includes 'EU NEIGHBOURS south’ project that runs the EU Neighbours portal.
