Albina Muradyan

Albina is a Master’s student in Turkish Historical Philology at Yerevan State University. She leads an active student life and is involved in various activities at the university. Currently, she is the secretary of the Student Scientific Society at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, as well as a member of the YSU Strategy Development Committee. Albina speaks four languages and studied journalism at Media Academy. She is highly interested in non-formal education and is fond of hiking and camping, which has made her become a member of the National Scout Organization of Armenia in 2015. Now Albina is working at the National Democratic Institute. In February 2021, Albina was recognized as the best student of the year in humanities, and in 2006 – as the Person of the year by The New York Times.
P.S. that year the newspaper regarded everyone as the Person of the year 🙂
