On 13-22 July, Ukrainian Young European Ambassador Tetiana Shelest participated in the first stage of the Erasmus+ training course ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ in Pec pod Sněžkou, the Czech Republic. The aim of the project was to develop the knowledge and abilities of the participants in the field of leadership, exchanging best practices known from the work of the world’s top leaders. Its goal was to practice how to move from simple management to leadership and how this affects the system, lives and motivation of people. Tetiana took part in this training course as a representative of the ‘Young European Ambassadors’ initiative and successfully presented the ‘EU NEIGHBOURS east’ programme and the initiative to other participants of the project.
