Women, Changing Face of Power and Diplomacy?

To Celebrate International Women’s Day EuroClub Kvareli organised an online masterclass “Women, Changing Face of Power and Diplomacy?” on 9 March.
Invited speakers, including heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Georgia and Georgian successful women shared their experience about challenging and overcoming existing stereotypes and reshaping their working environments to make the world more equal and diverse space for everybody.
The event was livestreamed on several Facebook pages, including European Union to Georgia, EU NEIGHBOURS east and EuroClub Kvareli.
Among other honourable guests, the Head of Cooperation at the EU Delegation to Georgia, Ambassador of Turkey to Georgia, Deputy Head of Mission of EUMM Head of the NATO Liaison office in Georgia spoke during the conference moderated by Silvia Grant, Team Leader of “EU NEIGHBOURS east” project.
The online conference was dedicated to International Women’s day 2021. The aim of the event was not only to inspire women, but to empower and encourage them to harness their talents and raise the profile of issues that are central to career development for female colleagues, at both a local and national level.
