On 29 May 2021, Ukrainian YEAs Aluma Viktoriia Unuchko was invited to participate in the online webinar ‘Leadership Path – Employment: How Not to Miss Your Chance’ organized by the ‘Girls Leadership Academy’ initiative, which is implemented in the scope of the EU4Youth Alumni Network operation.
‘Girls Leadership Academy’ project aims to encourage girls 14-18 years old from small towns and villages in regions of Ukraine to develop their leadership potential, engage them in civic activism, and make them changemakers in their local communities. The first intake started its programme in March 2021. It consists of 10 teams (20 girls) representing different regions of Ukraine. Viktoriia shared with the attendees of the event some pieces of advice on how to prepare the CV, Cover Letter, and how to behave at the interview, as well as shared her experience of work as an HR manager at the UN and OSCE institutions in Ukraine.
15 people participated in the event.
