CV and employability

YEAs in Belarus organised event “CV and Employability” which aimed at third and fourth year students who are about to find their first job. The idea was to tell students how to go through the entire employment process, from filling out a CV and writing a cover letter to going through an interview. The event addressed the typical mistakes young candidates make. YEAs also explained how to fill out applications for international organizations.

The participants got necessary skills to estimate their value at the labor market and find a good job that would correspond to their qualification and abilities. Thus, they will be able to contribute to the development of Belarusian employment and economy as a result.
