Pedro Mangani Wuthrich

Pedro is a high school graduate, soon to pursue law studies at the University of Warsaw. He is fluent in three languages, reflecting a passion for learning foreign languages and cultures. Actively engaged in community organisations, including one he founded, Pedro has consistently supported those facing difficult situations. As a Young European Ambassador, he brings linguistic skills and community commitment, embodying a dedication to positive change. Looking forward, Pedro aims to develop programs fostering language and cultural integration between the Eastern Partnership countries and the EU and the UK.

Oliwier is a homeschooled high school student. He helps students across Poland become more independent of old and ordinary education systems in order to relieve young people from the constant stress that’s being put on them in traditional schools and discover their best way of learning. Maciej Włodarczyk

Maciej has a Bachelor degree in European Law from Adam Mickiewicz’s University. He has a deep understanding of diplomacy and geopolitics, which he gained through participating in a variety of student initiatives. He is also a social activist in his local community, who helps to enrich it through various initiatives with a scout troop which he leads. He believes that being a Young European Ambassador will afford him the opportunity to positively impact the world and change it for the better.

Kaja Możdżeń

Kaja is a young social activist in Lublin, the European Youth Capital 2023. She received the title of the Polish Ambassador of European Year of Youth 2022 by the Polish Chancellery of the Prime Minister for her contribution in the local community. Since November 2021, Kaja has been volunteering for NGOs, coordinating social projects and conducting workshops. She aspires to influence her peers to reach their full potential and step onto the path of self-development, just like she did when she started her activist journey.

Julia Jagodzińska

Julia is a first year student working towards a Bachelor degree at the European Law School at Maastricht University.  She is fascinated about politics, law, history, art, traveling, sports and power of language. She graduated from the IB programme at II High School in Szczecin, Poland, were she began her adventure with MUNs, which taught her how engaged and motivated young people are. Her dream is to work for the EU and UN, especially in the diplomatic field, with a focus on international cooperation and security. She is also very much involved with graphic design and photography, thus she looks forward to creating a photo-essay presenting memorable experiences from various countries.     

Filip Janczak

A student of Mathematical and Computing Sciences for Artificial Intelligence at Bocconi University, Milan, Filip’s interests lay at the intersection of knowledge itself. He is a strong believer in the need for transparency, inclusivity, and civic involvement, whether that means supporting people fleeing from war of increasing political participation among young people. Most of all, he is a supporter of a European project that doesn’t leave anyone behind, since a fair Europe can only be built on the cornerstones of equity, diversity, and inclusivity. 

Anna Mroczkowska

Anna is an International Baccalaureate student and is passionate about a variety of topics, including global politics, foreign languages, urban planning, and art. She has participated in multiple Model United Nations conferences, given a TEDxTalk, and engages in local and international projects. In her free time, Anna loves reading murder mysteries and talking about works of art at a local museum. As part of the Young European Ambassadors’ initiative, she looks forward to discovering herself, promoting the EU and Eastern Partnership, and getting closer to her dream job in diplomacy. 

Agnieszka Urbańczyk

Agnieszka is a recent graduate of European Integration and Global Studies at Centre International de Formation Européenne in Nice and is at the beginning of her professional career. She currently lives in Warsaw, but she has many experiences of living in other European countries in multicultural environments. For the last couple of years, she has been involved in various youth-related programmes such as European Solidarity Corps or EuropaMobil. She speaks 4 languages and is passionate about environmental issues.

Valentina Borodache

Tannaz Gakwizi

Tannaz holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and European Studies from Lund University, Sweden. She has a special interest in European identity, and has completed internships in the Netherlands and Italy, focusing on multilingualism and the integration of cultural minorities. As someone who has been fascinated by languages and cultures from an early age, it is not surprising that spending time abroad and meeting people from all over the world inspired Tannaz to be even more involved in the European community.

Laura Iatisin

Laura is working towards a Master’s degree in Chemistry at the University of Amsterdam. She has a passion for sustainability and biodegradable polymers. She is interested in science and aims to use her experience and knowledge from studying abroad to promote education in her home country. Francesca Manole
