Pre\u0219edintele Consiliului European, Ant\u00f3nio Costa, al\u0103turi de pre\u0219edinta Comisiei Europene, Ursula von der Leyen, vor reprezenta UE la cea de-a doua reuniune la nivel \u00eenalt UE-Moldova, care va avea loc la Bruxelles pe 22 iunie 2026. Pre\u0219edinta Maia Sandu va reprezenta Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eAcest summit are loc \u00eentr-un moment istoric at\u00e2t pentru UE, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru Moldova, \u00een urma deschiderii primului cluster de negocieri de aderare\u201d,<\/em> a declarat pre\u0219edintele Costa \u00eenaintea summitului. \u201eExtinderea reprezint\u0103 o alegere geopolitic\u0103 \u0219i strategic\u0103 pentru o Europ\u0103 mai puternic\u0103 \u0219i mai sigur\u0103, iar noi suntem ferm angaja\u021bi \u00een sprijinirea parcursului Moldovei c\u0103tre UE. \u201eParteneriatul nostru este mai str\u00e2ns ca niciodat\u0103, \u00een timp ce colabor\u0103m pentru a ne consolida rezilien\u021ba, stabilitatea \u0219i valorile europene comune.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen cadrul summitului, liderii vor evalua progresele \u00eenregistrate de Moldova \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te reformele, \u00een special \u00een domeniul statului de drept \u0219i al drepturilor fundamentale, precum \u0219i \u00een lupta \u00eempotriva criminalit\u0103\u021bii organizate.
