Persoanele \u0219i entit\u0103\u021bile incluse pe lista acestui regim de sanc\u021biuni sunt supu\u0219i \u00eenghe\u021b\u0103rii bunurilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest cadru interzice, de asemenea, punerea la dispozi\u021bie a fondurilor sau a resurselor economice persoanelor incluse pe list\u0103, fie direct, fie indirect. \u00cen plus, persoanelor listate li se aplic\u0103 o interdic\u021bie de c\u0103l\u0103torie, care le \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 intre sau s\u0103 tranziteze teritoriul oric\u0103rui stat membru al UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest cadru juridic pentru m\u0103suri restrictive a fost introdus pentru prima dat\u0103 \u00een aprilie 2023, la cererea Republicii Moldova.
