Are o diplom\u0103 \u00een inginerie. \u0218i totu\u0219i, iat\u0103-l: cu 24 de ani de studii \u00een spate, lucr\u00e2nd \u00eentr-o min\u0103 de calcar, av\u00e2nd \u00een grij\u0103 16 specii de ciuperci exotice. Tat\u0103l s\u0103u a \u00eenceput s\u0103 cultive Pleurotus acum mai bine de 25 de ani, mai mult ca o provocare, dup\u0103 o conversa\u021bie cu prietenii. Florin \u0219i-a petrecut copil\u0103ria preg\u0103tind substratul pentru ciuperci \u0219i colect\u00e2nd recoltele \u00een weekenduri. Ciupercile erau doar un element de fundal al copil\u0103riei sale. Nu \u0219i-a imaginat niciodat\u0103 c\u0103 acest proces va deveni mai t\u00e2rziu o parte important\u0103 a vie\u021bii sale sau c\u0103, \u00eentr-o zi, va \u00eentemeia o \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 \u00een jurul s\u0103u, un parcurs care s-a conturat cu sprijinul programului EU4Youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De la pandemie, la produs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">COVID-19 a fost factorul care a schimbat ecua\u021bia. C\u00e2nd pie\u021bele s-au \u00eenchis, familia a fost nevoit\u0103 s\u0103 abordeze direct magazinele \u0219i, brusc, afacerea a avut nevoie de etichete, ambalaje \u0219i structur\u0103. A constatat, pentru prima dat\u0103, c\u0103 exista o cerere real\u0103. Din acel moment, ideea seturilor de cultivare a ciupercilor acas\u0103 a urmat rapid. Seturile ini\u021biale au fost realizate \u00een opt zile, de la idee \u2013 la produs finit. Primele trei nu au fost v\u00e2ndute, au fost folosite doar pentru testare. Florin a f\u0103cut \u00eenc\u0103 cincisprezece seturi \u00een noaptea urm\u0103toare, a dormit foarte pu\u021bin, dar le-a v\u00e2ndut pe toate.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb A fost reac\u021bia oamenilor \u2013 a p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u0219i a copiilor. A primit multe mesaje \u00een care oamenii spuneau c\u0103 li s-a p\u0103rut distractiv, interesant \u0219i o idee grozav\u0103. Aceste reac\u021bii au fost nea\u0219teptate \u0219i au definit direc\u021bia ulterioar\u0103. Un set de cultivare a ciupercilor, care cost\u0103 c\u00e2t o mas\u0103 la restaurant, \u00eei \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 pe copii c\u0103 m\u00e2ncarea poate fi cultivat\u0103, nu doar cump\u0103rat\u0103. Aceast\u0103 schimbare de mentalitate, multiplicat\u0103 la nivelul a sute de familii, nu este deloc de ignorat. \u201e<em>Oamenii nu \u00een\u021beleg c\u0103 nu e vorba doar <\/em><em>de a m\u00e2nca ciupercile din cutie, ci de a le cultiva<\/em>.\u201d Aceast\u0103 distinc\u021bie conteaz\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t pare \u0219i face diferen\u021ba dintre un produs \u0219i o experien\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O min\u0103 \u0219i 16 specii de ciuperci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Florin \u00ee\u0219i cultiv\u0103 ciupercile \u00eentr-o min\u0103 de calcar din satul F\u0103ure\u0219ti \u2013 o alegere practic\u0103, care ofer\u0103 condi\u021bii perfecte. Umiditatea natural\u0103 \u0219i temperatura de sub p\u0103m\u00e2nt creeaz\u0103 condi\u021bii ideale, care ar costa o avere dac\u0103 ar fi reproduse \u00een mod artificial. Seturile de cultivare \u00een condi\u021bii casnice, ciupercile proaspete, produsele uscate \u0219i viitoarele suplimente alimentare realizate din ciuperci medicinale fac parte dintr-o viziune pe care Florin o dezvolt\u0103 pas cu pas. El enumer\u0103 planurile de viitor f\u0103r\u0103 pauz\u0103: ambalaje biodegradabile din miceliu, substraturi organice certificate, ateliere educa\u021bionale pentru copii \u0219i excursii \u00een min\u0103, unde copiii \u00ee\u0219i preg\u0103tesc singuri substratul \u0219i pleac\u0103 acas\u0103 cu propriul set de cultivare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u00cen 2024 a aplicat la program \u0219i a primit primul s\u0103u grant de 2.000 de euro prin intermediul proiectului <em>\u201eDezvoltare mai bun\u0103 prin antreprenoriat social\u201d<\/em>, implementat de Junior Achievement Moldova \u00een cadrul programului EU4Youth \u0219i a investit fiecare b\u0103nu\u021b \u00een echipamente de laborator.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb
