Tr\u0103ind cu o dizabilitate de la v\u00e2rsta de 13 ani, ea \u0219i-a transformat experien\u021ba de via\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-o misiune: s\u0103 lupte pentru drepturile, demnitatea \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eExperien\u021ba mea personal\u0103 a fost for\u021ba motrice\u201d,<\/em> a spus ea<em>. \u201eM-a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 \u00eemi ap\u0103r drepturile \u0219i pe cele ale altora \u0219i a devenit o surs\u0103 de inspira\u021bie pentru multe persoane cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi care au nevoie de sprijin \u0219i \u00eendrumare. Ceea ce a \u00eenceput ca o ini\u021biativ\u0103 la nivel local s-a transformat \u00eentr-o mi\u0219care recunoscut\u0103, care creeaz\u0103 servicii inovatoare, consolideaz\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bile de leadership \u0219i formeaz\u0103 lideri\/-e ai\/ale comunit\u0103\u021bii. Prin programul \u201eEU 4 Gender Equality\u201d, \u00een parteneriat cu UN Women, MOTIVA\u021aIE a ajuns la femei \u0219i fete cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi din \u0219ase regiuni ale Moldovei, care au participat la sesiuni de formare menite s\u0103 le sensibilizeze cu privire la drepturile lor \u0219i s\u0103 previn\u0103 violen\u021ba de gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eFemeile \u0219i fetele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi se confrunt\u0103 cu un risc \u0219i mai mare de abuz \u0219i violen\u021b\u0103\u201d,<\/em> a remarcat Ludmila. <em>\u201eDe aceea, programul nostru de formare acoper\u0103 rela\u021biile s\u0103n\u0103toase, consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul \u0219i unde s\u0103 se adreseze pentru ajutor. Ele au dob\u00e2ndit cuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i instrumentele necesare pentru a combate stigmatizarea, discriminarea, stereotipurile de gen \u0219i violen\u021ba\u201d,<\/em> a explicat doamna Iachim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen calitate de lider\u0103 \u00een domeniul drepturilor persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, doamna Iachim a v\u0103zut cu ochii ei, stigmazarea cu care se confrunt\u0103 femeile \u0219i fetele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eDe prea multe ori, suntem privite cu mil\u0103, considerate dependente, incapabile \u0219i <\/em><em>care au nevoie <\/em><em>\u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 de ajutor\u201d,<\/em> a spus ea. <em>\u201eFemeile cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi care \u00ee\u0219i <\/em><em>fac vocea<\/em><em> <\/em><em>auzit\u0103 <\/em><em>&nbsp;\u0219i ocup\u0103 pozi\u021bii de lider<\/em><em>e<\/em><em> \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile lor sunt <\/em><em>promotoare<\/em><em> a<\/em><em>le<\/em><em> schimb\u0103rii. Egalitatea de gen \u0219i incluziunea social\u0103 merg m\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, ele consolideaz\u0103 diversitatea, promoveaz\u0103 acceptarea \u0219i transform\u0103 societ\u0103\u021bile.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viziunea Ludmilei Iachim pentru urm\u0103torul deceniu este aceea a unei Moldove \u00een care femeile \u0219i fetele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi tr\u0103iesc \u00een demnitate, av\u00e2nd acces la servicii de calitate, asisten\u021b\u0103 medical\u0103 \u0219i \u0219anse egale \u00een toate domeniile vie\u021bii. Aceast\u0103 viziune include \u0219i o societate f\u0103r\u0103 violen\u021b\u0103, \u00een care femeile \u0219i fetele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi sunt protejate, \u00eemputernicite \u0219i sprijinite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201eLupta pentru drepturile persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi continu\u0103\u201d,<\/em> a afirmat ea. <em>\u201eAutorit\u0103\u021bile trebuie s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 faptul c\u0103 incluziunea nu este un lux sau o favoare, ci un drept fundamental.
