Aceste date au fost raportate de Ministerul Mediului \u0219i Inspectoratul pentru Protec\u021bia Mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre r\u00e2urile eliberate de barajele ilegale se num\u0103r\u0103 Ciulucul Mare \u0219i Ciulucul Mijlociu, Ialpugel, Draghi\u0219te, Ciuhur, Ciorna din bazinul hidrografic al r\u00e2ului R\u0103ut \u0219i r\u00e2ul Ichel \u2013 to\u021bi afluen\u021bi ai Nistrului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u00cen Moldova, multe baraje mici, f\u0103r\u0103 autoriza\u021bie, sunt construite de c\u0103tre locuitorii din zon\u0103 pentru a asigura apa necesar\u0103 pentru animale, culturi \u0219i alte nevoi\u201d, <\/em>a explicat programul EU4Green Recovery East \u00eentr-un comunicat de pres\u0103. <em>\u201eCu toate acestea, multe astfel de construc\u021bii nu au fost autorizate, iar atunci c\u00e2nd sunt prost proiectate, nereglementate sau prea numeroase, ele pot modifica debitul r\u00e2urilor, reduc\u00e2nd disponibilitatea apei pentru al\u021bi utilizatori din aval \u0219i degrad\u00e2nd ecosistemele.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programul \u201eEU4Environment \u2013 Water and Data (2021\u20132024)\u201d (faza anterioar\u0103 a programului EU4Green Recovery East) a contribuit la realizarea unui studiu, oferind Moldovei primul s\u0103u inventar al barajelor \u2013 legale \u0219i ilegale, active \u0219i abandonate. Acesta a relevat c\u0103 multe rezervoare erau prost \u00eentre\u021binute, colmatate sau chiar secate, prezent\u00e2nd riscuri de inunda\u021bii \u0219i izol\u00e2nd comunit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i ecosistemele de fluxurile vitale de ap\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen conformitate cu Directiva-cadru a UE privind apa \u0219i pe baza concluziilor studiului pilot, Guvernul Moldovei a adoptat anul trecut o metodologie na\u021bional\u0103 pentru identificarea \u0219i monitorizarea schimb\u0103rilor hidromorfologice ale r\u00e2urilor \u2013 schimb\u0103ri ale formei naturale a r\u00e2urilor, ale debitului, ale transportului de sedimente \u0219i ale conexiunii cu peisajele \u00eenconjur\u0103toare, cauzate de structuri precum baraje, diguri sau canale de deviere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin programul EU4Green Recovery East (2025-2028), eforturile se concentreaz\u0103 acum pe \u00eenfiin\u021barea de consilii pilot la nivel de sub-bazin \u0219i comunitate, care s\u0103 reuneasc\u0103 autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, fermierii \u0219i alte p\u0103r\u021bi interesate pentru a discuta solu\u021bii practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Afl\u0103 mai multe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eu4waterdata.eu\/en\/blog-news\/33-republic-of-moldova\/531-moldova-frees-its-rivers-dam-removals-mark-important-step-for-water-resilience.html\">Comunicat de pres\u0103<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moldova a demolat 51 de baraje construite ilegal pe r\u00e2urile sale, a anun\u021bat ieri, de Ziua Demol\u0103rii Barajelor, programul EU4Green Recovery East, finan\u021bat de UE.
