Lucr\u0103rile, \u00een valoare de peste 2,9 milioane de lei, au fost realizate cu sprijinul Uniunii Europene prin proiectul \u201eEU4Moldova Rezilient\u0103: Stat sigur, comunit\u0103\u021bi puternice\u201d, implementat de Solidarity Fund PL \u00een Moldova. Evenimentul de inaugurare a fost marcat de o competi\u021bie de pescuit, prin care localnicii au s\u0103rb\u0103torit finalizarea lucr\u0103rilor de reabilitare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barajul, construit \u00een 1971, nu a fost supus repara\u021biilor capitale timp de mai bine de 50 de ani, ajung\u00e2nd \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de avariere. Lipsa unui sistem func\u021bional de control al nivelului apei punea \u00een pericol at\u00e2t ecosistemul acvatic, c\u00e2t \u0219i gospod\u0103riile din aval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eAcest baraj era de ani buni o surs\u0103 de \u00eengrijorare pentru autorit\u0103\u021bile locale \u0219i locuitorii din zon\u0103. Acum, acest obiect hidrotehnic devine nu doar infrastructur\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103, dar \u0219i un element care \u00eenfrumuse\u021beaz\u0103 ora\u0219ul nostru\u201d,<\/em> a declarat Denis \u021aurcanu, viceprimarul ora\u0219ului R\u00ee\u0219cani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile de reconstruc\u021bie, desf\u0103\u0219urate pe parcursul a 7 luni, au inclus repara\u021bia ecluzei \u0219i a sistemelor de evacuare a apei, consolidarea \u0219i cur\u0103\u021barea structurii de beton. Acest lucru va reduce semnificativ riscul de inunda\u021bii \u0219i va proteja casele \u0219i infrastructura din apropiere.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eReconstruc\u021bia barajului din R\u00ee\u0219cani aduce beneficii pe termen lung \u00eentregii comunit\u0103\u021bi. Cre\u0219te nivelul de siguran\u021b\u0103 pentru popula\u021bie, prin reducerea riscului de inunda\u021bii care ar putea afecta locuin\u021be, drumuri \u0219i terenuri agricole\u201d, a men\u021bionat Tomasz Horbowski, directorul de \u021bar\u0103, Solidarity Fund PL \u00een Moldova. \u201cRevitalizarea urban\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 nu doar modernizarea infrastructurii, ci \u0219i consolidarea rezilien\u021bei comunit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii oamenilor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reconstruc\u021bia barajului din R\u00ee\u0219cani este unul din cele cinci proiecte de revitalizare urban\u0103 finan\u021bate de Uniunea European\u0103 prin proiectul \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/eu4moldova.eu\/projects\/eu-project-page\/?id=2419\">EU4Moldova Rezilient\u0103: Stat sigur, comunit\u0103\u021bi puternice<\/a>\u201d.
