Imediat ce \u0219i-a \u00eenceput studiile universitare la Chi\u0219in\u0103u, a revenit \u00een domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eDezvolt\u0103m nu doar partea de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, ci \u0219i valori, atitudini, abilit\u0103\u021bi\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201ePentru c\u0103 eram student\u0103 la Facultatea de Jurnalism \u0219i \u0218tiin\u021be ale Comunic\u0103rii, am primit propunerea s\u0103 activez \u00een Re\u021beaua Na\u021bional\u0103 a Consiliilor Locale ale Tinerilor din Moldova (RNCLTM) \u00een calitate de coordonatoare de comunicare. Dragostea pentru tineri \u0219i pentru educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103 m-a f\u0103cut s\u0103 accept. Dup\u0103 ceva timp, am trecut la func\u021bia de secretar\u0103 general\u0103. Am de\u021binut un mandat \u0219i ulterior am candidat la func\u021bia de pre\u0219edint\u0103, pentru c\u0103 \u00eemi pl\u0103cea s\u0103 m\u0103 simt parte a acestei comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i locale, raionale \u0219i municipale de tineret din toat\u0103 \u021bara. Scopul principal al organiza\u021biei este s\u0103 implice tinerii \u00een procesele decizionale, s\u0103-i ajute s\u0103-\u0219i fac\u0103 vocea auzit\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 contribuie la rezolvarea problemelor cu care se confrunt\u0103 ei \u0219i semenii lor. Totodat\u0103, RNCLTM faciliteaz\u0103 colaborarea \u00eentre tineri \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t implicarea lor s\u0103 duc\u0103 la schimb\u0103ri concrete \u0219i durabile. \u201eUn pilon de baz\u0103 \u00een activitatea noastr\u0103 este educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103, pentru c\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 coordonarea activit\u0103\u021bii consiliilor, oferim \u0219i suport metodologic membrilor acestora. Suntem al\u0103turi de tineri de fiecare dat\u0103 c\u00e2nd au nevoie de instruiri tematice sau de orice alt tip de sprijin \u0219i \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m nu doar partea de cuno\u0219tin\u021be, ci \u0219i valori, atitudini, abilit\u0103\u021bi.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eCu tinerii din consilii comunicarea nu se \u00eencheie niciodat\u0103\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen calitate de pre\u0219edint\u0103 a re\u021belei, Milena are numeroase responsabilit\u0103\u021bi. Ea se asigur\u0103 c\u0103 structura func\u021bioneaz\u0103 corespunz\u0103tor \u0219i c\u0103 echipa de patru membri din secretariat, de\u0219i restr\u00e2ns\u0103, este eficient\u0103. \u00cen plus, se ocup\u0103 de implementarea proiectelor, de respectarea termenilor de referin\u021b\u0103, de identificarea de noi parteneri \u0219i de dezvoltarea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor pentru tineri. \u201eDe asemenea, \u00een fiecare zi, sunt conectat\u0103 cu tinerii din consilii. Comunicarea cu ei nu se \u00eencheie niciodat\u0103. Fie discut\u0103m prin apeluri telefonice, fie prin mesaje ori vin la sediul nostru sau la activit\u0103\u021bi, ori mergem noi \u00een teritoriu. \u00cencerc s\u0103 fiu c\u00e2t mai aproape de ei \u0219i \u00eemi dau seama c\u0103 acest lucru conteaz\u0103 \u0219i le place, pentru c\u0103 se simt importan\u021bi, se simt v\u0103zu\u021bi.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uneori, t\u00e2n\u0103ra este \u0219i formatoare la activit\u0103\u021bile de instruire pentru tineri, acoperind o gam\u0103 variat\u0103 de subiecte: de la func\u021bionarea \u0219i managementul consiliilor, la scrierea de proiecte, comunicare nonviolent\u0103 \u0219i combaterea dezinform\u0103rii. Majoritatea acestor instruiri fac parte din proiectele pe care RNCLTM le desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 cu sprijinul granturilor ob\u021binute de la Uniunea European\u0103. \u00cen general, potrivit Milenei, suportul partenerilor na\u021bionali \u0219i interna\u021bionali este extrem de important pentru re\u021bea, deoarece face posibil\u0103 organizarea constant\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bilor, la standarde mai \u00eenalte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u00cencerc\u0103m s\u0103 organiz\u0103m instruiri care s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 intereselor tinerilor. Dac\u0103 t\u00e2n\u0103rul nu simte nevoie de o anumit\u0103 informa\u021bie, nu va fi motivat s\u0103 participe. \u00cen schimb, dac\u0103 este interesat de subiect, va veni \u0219i va \u00eencerca s\u0103 ia c\u00e2t mai mult posibil de la activitate. Totodat\u0103, atunci c\u00e2nd livr\u0103m informa\u021bia, \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 mix\u0103m foarte multe metode de educa\u021bie nonformal\u0103 \u0219i evit\u0103m la maximum prezent\u0103rile PowerPoint, pentru c\u0103 sunt plictisitoare.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai mult, \u00een partea de instruire, Milenei \u00eei place interac\u021biunea cu tinerii. Ador\u0103 s\u0103 comunice cu ei \u0219i este cu adev\u0103rat entuziasmat\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd vede c\u0103 ace\u0219tia chiar preiau ceva din activit\u0103\u021bile organizate, c\u00e2nd pleac\u0103 cu viziuni \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021be noi. De asemenea, se bucur\u0103 enorm s\u0103 vad\u0103 cum tineri din regiuni diferite se re\u00eent\u00e2lnesc la instruirile marca RNCLTM, leag\u0103 prietenii \u0219i creeaz\u0103 conexiuni. \u201eEste minunat s\u0103 vezi emo\u021biile lor de fiecare dat\u0103.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eVreau s\u0103 contribui cu ceva nou\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dragostea pentru educa\u021bie \u0219i pentru sectorul de tineret a f\u0103cut-o pe Milena s\u0103-\u0219i continue studiile la Universitatea Pedagogic\u0103 de Stat \u201eIon Creang\u0103\u201d. Astfel, \u00een prezent, t\u00e2n\u0103ra urmeaz\u0103 programul de masterat Inova\u021bie \u0219i Leadership \u00een Educa\u021bie prin Tehnologii Informa\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAceste studii se pliaz\u0103 foarte bine cu jobul meu, pentru c\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m cum putem integra tehnologiile informa\u021bionale \u00een domeniul educa\u021biei. De multe ori, atunci c\u00e2nd avem ca tem\u0103 pentru acas\u0103 s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m un anumit produs digital, m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc ce pot crea astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 aplic \u0219i \u00een lucrul cu tinerii. Una dintre ideile mele este s\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc un program care ar putea s\u0103 dezvolte competen\u021bele digitale ale lucr\u0103torilor de tineret.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00e2n\u0103ra este convins\u0103 c\u0103 cercetarea o va ajuta s\u0103 fie mai aproape de lucr\u0103torii de tineret, s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 nevoile reale ale acestora \u0219i, \u00eentr-un final, s\u0103-i motiveze s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 al\u0103turi de tineri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eUneori este provocator s\u0103 combin studiile cu jobul, pentru c\u0103 ambele sunt solicitante, iar eu sunt o persoan\u0103 care \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 fac\u0103 totul la nivel. Un mare avantaj este faptul c\u0103, de multe ori, cursurile sunt online. Astfel, deseori urm\u0103resc lec\u021biile cu c\u0103\u0219tile \u00een urechi la birou.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eTinerii de azi o s\u0103 aduc\u0103 schimb\u0103ri foarte mari \u00een comunitate\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit Milenei, educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103 este foarte important\u0103 pentru tinerii din Republica Moldova, \u00eentruc\u00e2t compenseaz\u0103 ceea ce educa\u021bia formal\u0103 nu acoper\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eEduca\u021bia nonformal\u0103 te face mult mai deschis, mai empatic fa\u021b\u0103 de ceilal\u021bi \u0219i schimb\u0103 modul \u00een care prive\u0219ti lumea, pentru c\u0103 nu se bazeaz\u0103 doar pe cuno\u0219tin\u021be, ci \u0219i pe valori. Ea modeleaz\u0103 felul \u00een care percepi lucrurile, atitudinile pe care le ai fa\u021b\u0103 de anumite situa\u021bii. Sigur, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele sunt importante, nu putem nega importan\u021ba acestora, dar la fel de important este s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u0219i ce facem cu aceste cuno\u0219tin\u021be.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, t\u00e2n\u0103ra consider\u0103 c\u0103 educa\u021bia nonformal\u0103 contribuie semnificativ la dezvoltarea spiritului de lider \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor. Odat\u0103 ce ace\u0219tia \u00eencep s\u0103 se implice zilnic \u00een diverse activit\u0103\u021bi, devin mai responsabili fa\u021b\u0103 de ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een comunit\u0103\u021bile lor. \u201eDiscut\u0103m adesea cu colegii c\u0103, prin activitatea noastr\u0103, contribuim \u0219i la formarea viitorilor ONG-i\u0219ti.
