datorit\u0103 propriet\u0103\u021bilor sale: este u\u0219or, dar rezistent, ignifug \u0219i cu bune calit\u0103\u021bi izolatoare. Cu timpul \u00eens\u0103, direc\u021bia s-a schimbat. \u00cempreun\u0103 cu al\u021bi antreprenori locali, Florin a pus bazele unui ecosistem economic regional, axat pe prelucrarea local\u0103 a lemnului \u0219i dezvoltarea industriei mobilei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eLa \u00eenceput, planul era s\u0103 export\u0103m lemnul \u00een Uniunea European\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, cu timpul, ne-am dat seama c\u0103 adev\u0103rata valoare st\u0103 \u00een prelucrarea lui aici, \u00een Republica Moldova.\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;spune Florin Popov, fondatorul planta\u021biei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a s-a n\u0103scut, \u00een 2022,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/clusterfurnituremoldova\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clusterul Mobilier din Ungheni<\/a>, o ini\u021biativ\u0103 care a unit 18 antreprenori locali sub un obiectiv comun: valorificarea sustenabil\u0103 a lemnului de Paulownia. Cu sprijinul programului\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/eu4moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EU4Moldova: Regiuni-cheie<\/a>, finan\u021bat \u00een cadrul\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eu4business.md\/ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ini\u021biativei EU4Business<\/a>\u00a0a Uniunii Europene \u0219i implementat de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.undp.org\/ro\/moldova\/projects\/eu4moldova-regiuni-cheie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PNUD<\/a>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org\/moldova\/en\/eu4moldova-focal-regions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNICEF<\/a>, clusterul a beneficiat de o asisten\u021b\u0103 financiar\u0103 \u00een valoare de\u00a0100.000 euro, destinat\u0103 achizi\u021biei de echipamente moderne. \u00cen plus, membrii au beneficiat de mentorat de afaceri personalizat \u0219i de formare profesional\u0103, ceea ce le-a consolidat competen\u021bele \u0219i a sporit competitivitatea clusterului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultatele nu au \u00eent\u00e2rziat s\u0103 apar\u0103: au fost create 17 locuri noi de munc\u0103, productivitatea muncii a crescut cu 10%, iar veniturile generate de produc\u021bia de mobil\u0103 s-au majorat cu 14%. Fiecare leu investit de membrii clusterului a produs un randament de 9 lei, semn clar al eficien\u021bei \u0219i poten\u021bialului pe termen lung al acestei ini\u021biative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, Paulownia nu mai \u00eenseamn\u0103 doar lemn, ci un catalizator pentru inova\u021bie local\u0103. Mobilier, elemente decorative sau construc\u021bii modulare \u2013 toate au \u00eenceput s\u0103 ias\u0103 din atelierele me\u0219terilor din Ungheni. Paulownia se regenereaz\u0103 natural dup\u0103 t\u0103iere, f\u0103r\u0103 a fi nevoie de replantare, ceea ce reduce impactul asupra mediului \u0219i transform\u0103 aceast\u0103 ini\u021biativ\u0103 \u00eentr-un exemplu de economie verde aplicat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privind spre viitor, membrii Clusterului Mobilier din Ungheni \u00ee\u0219i propun s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een tehnologii de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie, s\u0103 se extind\u0103 pe pie\u021bele interna\u021bionale \u0219i s\u0103 implementeze practici sustenabile pentru protejarea mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eUnde sunt mai mul\u021bi, puterea cre\u0219te.
