Apoi, a ap\u0103rut proiectul SMURD-2: au fost construite <strong>patru platforme de aterizare<\/strong> \u00een Moldova \u0219i a fost stabilit \u00een comun un <strong>plan de r\u0103spuns \u00een situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong>. Acum pot fi f\u0103cute alegeri vitale \u00een c\u00e2teva momente. \u201e<em>C\u00e2nd avem nevoie de un elicopter care s\u0103 vin\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia \u00een Moldova pentru a ridica o victim\u0103<\/em>\u201d, explic\u0103 Ghenadie Machidon, \u0219eful adjunct al Direc\u021biei Regionale Coordonarea Interven\u021biilor \u00een Situa\u021bii de Urgen\u021b\u0103, \u201e<em>procesul este acum practic automatizat, decizia revine dispecerului medical \u0219i dureaz\u0103 doar c\u00e2teva minute. Exist\u0103 mai multe motive care contribuie la aceast\u0103 cre\u0219tere. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, conflictul din Ucraina vecin\u0103 a avut un efect de propagare, inclusiv afluxul de refugia\u021bi \u0219i preocup\u0103rile de securitate, care au tensionat serviciile de urgen\u021b\u0103 ale Republicii Moldova \u0219i au crescut num\u0103rul de evenimente care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bie. \u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, exist\u0103 o cre\u0219tere global\u0103 a incidentelor, probabil legat\u0103 de stilul nostru de via\u021b\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai rapid \u0219i de distragerile generate de tehnologia modern\u0103. Nevoia constant\u0103 de a face mai multe sarcini \u0219i utilizarea persistent\u0103 a dispozitivelor \u2013 \u00een special \u00een timpul conducerii \u2013 cresc semnificativ riscul de accidente. SMURD-2 a sporit capacit\u0103\u021bile de r\u0103spuns la situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103 \u00een regiunile Republicii Moldova prin reconstruirea a <strong>dou\u0103 sta\u021bii de pompieri \u0219i salvare<\/strong> \u0219i achizi\u021bionarea a <strong>15<\/strong> <strong>vehicule de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong> de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie. Un element crucial pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea r\u0103spunsului la situa\u021bii de urgen\u021b\u0103 este <strong>dezvoltarea capacit\u0103\u021bii umane<\/strong> \u0219i coordonarea transfrontalier\u0103: datorit\u0103 proiectului, salvatorii \u0219i pompierii moldoveni au urmat o preg\u0103tire intensiv\u0103 al\u0103turi de omologii lor rom\u00e2ni, iar ini\u021biativa i-a dotat cu abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021bele necesare pentru a opera de ambele p\u0103r\u021bi ale frontierei. <em>\u201eAm reu\u0219it s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m dou\u0103 programe de studii comune, unul pentru stingerea incendiilor, altul pentru c\u0103utare \u0219i salvare urban\u0103\u201d<\/em>, adaug\u0103 instructorul paramedic Ion Picalau. <em>\u201eDup\u0103 aceea, 100 de salvatori \u0219i pompieri moldoveni au fost instrui\u021bi al\u0103turi de colegii lor rom\u00e2ni la Centrul Comun de Instruire din Ia\u0219i. Deci acum vorbim acela\u0219i limbaj tehnic, suntem interoperabili \u0219i capabili s\u0103 r\u0103spundem \u00een mod obi\u0219nuit \u00een ambele \u021b\u0103ri. Chiar acum\u201d<\/em>, concluzioneaz\u0103 el, <em>\u201epreg\u0103tim echipa de paramedici care va putea lucra cu modulele de stingere a incendiilor, modulele de descarcerare \u0219i, cel mai important, cu modulele de prim ajutor\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen drum spre noul departament de urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu elicopterul sau ambulan\u021ba, victimele eliberate din accidente de ma\u0219in\u0103 sunt transportate rapid la noul <strong>Departament de Urgen\u021b\u0103<\/strong> al Institutului de Medicin\u0103 de Urgen\u021b\u0103 din <strong>Chi\u0219in\u0103u<\/strong>. Aceast\u0103 facilitate \u2013 acum cea mai mare din \u021bar\u0103 \u2013 a fost reconstruit\u0103 \u0219i extins\u0103 prin proiectul SMURD-2. Aici se reunesc deciziile rapide \u0219i expertiza pentru a oferi adesea un tratament care salveaz\u0103 vie\u021bi. Diferen\u021ba dintre via\u021b\u0103 \u0219i moarte poate fi o chestiune de c\u00e2teva minute. Echipat cu tehnologie medical\u0103 de \u00eenalt nivel \u2013 inclusiv ventilatoare, scanere \u0219i un laborator cu instrumente avansate de diagnosticare \u2013 acest departament este \u00eencadrat de o echip\u0103 dedicat\u0103 de 300 de profesioni\u0219ti care opereaz\u0103 non-stop. \u00cempreun\u0103, asigur\u0103 \u00eengrijire rapid\u0103 \u0219i de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate pentru pacien\u021bii cu nevoi critice care sosesc din toat\u0103 \u021bara. \u201e<em>Niciun alt spital din republic\u0103 nu are ture de 24 de ore ca noi\u201d<\/em>, explic\u0103 m\u00e2ndr\u0103 Diana Manea, directorul Institutului, care \u00ee\u0219i aminte\u0219te cum a \u00eenceput totul. <em>\u201eVechea sec\u021bie s-a confruntat cu o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 a vizitelor pacien\u021bilor, a fost supraaglomerat\u0103 \u0219i uneori a devenit dificil s\u0103 se ofere asisten\u021b\u0103 medical\u0103 adecvat\u0103. De asemenea, spa\u021biul limitat a f\u0103cut s\u0103 fie problematic\u0103 instalarea de echipamente medicale avansate, afect\u00e2nd \u0219i mai mult \u00eengrijirea pe care le puteam oferi\u201d.<\/em> De aceea abordarea acestor probleme a devenit o prioritate na\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i aici este, de asemenea, cazul \u00een care eforturile de colaborare \u0219i schimbul de experien\u021b\u0103 al proiectelor de cooperare transfrontalier\u0103 pot face diferen\u021ba. <em>\u201eIdeea acestui departament a venit clar \u00een urma vizitelor la T\u00e2rgu
