De asemenea, \u00een componen\u021ba Biroului permanent al Parlamentului, peste 30% sunt femei, iar una dintre cele dou\u0103 func\u021bii de vicepre\u0219edinte este ocupat\u0103 de o femeie. La nivelul administra\u021biei publice locale, 196 de femei ocup\u0103 func\u021bia de primar, reprezent\u00e2nd aproape 22% din totalul prim\u0103riilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste statistici reflect\u0103 progrese semnificative \u00een promovarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen \u00een politica moldoveneasc\u0103, indic\u00e2nd o tendin\u021b\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 \u00een cre\u0219terea reprezent\u0103rii femeilor \u00een func\u021bii de decizie. Cu toate acestea, este esen\u021bial s\u0103 se continue implementarea \u0219i monitorizarea m\u0103surilor care sus\u021bin participarea activ\u0103 a femeilor \u00een politic\u0103, pentru a asigura o reprezentare echilibrat\u0103 \u0219i pentru a r\u0103spunde angajamentelor na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale ale Republicii Moldova \u00een domeniul drepturilor femeilor \u0219i al egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota informativ\u0103 se concentreaz\u0103 pe promovarea leadership-ului femeilor pentru a \u00eent\u0103ri rezilien\u021ba societ\u0103\u021bii \u0219i pacea \u00een contextul regiunii Europei \u0219i Asia Central\u0103, cu interven\u021bii specifice \u00een Moldova, Ucraina \u0219i Georgia. Documentul subliniaz\u0103 importan\u021ba \u00eemputernicirii femeilor \u00een roluri de conducere, \u00een special \u00een eforturile de eliminare a violen\u021bei \u00eempotriva femeilor \u0219i fetelor \u0219i promovarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen \u00een ini\u021biativele de pace \u0219i securitate. Acesta contureaz\u0103 strategii pentru cre\u0219terea particip\u0103rii femeilor la procesele de guvernare \u0219i de consolidare a p\u0103cii, cu scopul general de a crea societ\u0103\u021bi mai incluzive, stabile \u0219i pa\u0219nice.
