De\u0219i \u00een anii preceden\u021bi Republica Moldova a avansat pe domeniul asigur\u0103rii egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen \u00een via\u021ba socio-economic\u0103 \u0219i politic\u0103, \u00een 2023 se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 un u\u0219or regres. Astfel, nivelul mediu al egalit\u0103\u021bii dintre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi, calculat pentru \u0219ase arii strategice evaluate, a fost estimat la 61 de puncte, fiind cu 1 puncte \u00een regres fa\u021b\u0103 de anul precedent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anul 2023, 4 domenii din 6 analizate au \u00eenregistrat regres \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te asigurarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen. Astfel, \u00een 2023, scorul egalit\u0103\u021bii a sc\u0103zut pentru domeniile: politic\u0103, acces la resurse, s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i percep\u021bii \u0219i stereotipuri. Pe parcursul ultimilor doi ani, \u00een politic\u0103 au fost f\u0103cute mai multe remanieri \u00een cadrul func\u021biilor publice, motiv pentru care mai mul\u021bi deputa\u021bi\/deputate \u0219i-au \u00eencetat mandatul. Astfel, reprezentarea de gen \u00een Parlament a fost destul de fluctuant\u0103, iar num\u0103rul femeilor deputate a sc\u0103zut de la 41 de deputate \u00een 2021 la un num\u0103r de 39 de deputate \u00een 2023. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te accesul la resurse, diferen\u021ba \u00een veniturile salariale ale femeilor \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bilor continu\u0103 a avea valori \u00eenalte, fiind estimat\u0103 la 13,6%. Totodat\u0103, a crescut inegalitatea \u00eentre femei \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bi \u00een veniturile provenite din activitate individual\u0103 non-agricol\u0103, acesta fiind efectul crizei economice provocate de pandemia COVID-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regresul general \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te asigurarea egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen este cauzat, \u00een mare parte, de \u00eenr\u0103ut\u0103\u021birea percep\u021biilor popula\u021biei cu privire la rolul femeilor \u0219i b\u0103rba\u021bilor. Comparativ cu anul precedent, scorul acumulat de domeniul percep\u021bii \u0219i stereotipuri a sc\u0103zut cu tocmai 4 puncte, ajung\u00e2nd la 59 puncte pe scala de la 0 la 100. \u00cen mod specific a crescut ponderea popula\u021biei care consider\u0103 nepotrivit\u0103 prezen\u021ba femeilor \u00een politic\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103 acestea din urm\u0103 nu au capacitate de a de\u021bine func\u021bii de conducere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doar dou\u0103 domenii au \u00eenregistrat progrese \u00een anul 2023 \u2013 pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i educa\u021bia, valoarea acestora cresc\u00e2nd cu un punct fiecare, ceea ce semnific\u0103 c\u0103 nivelul de egalitate de gen \u00een aceste dou\u0103 sectoare, s-a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit. Atenuarea inechit\u0103\u021bilor de gen pe pia\u021ba muncii se datoreaz\u0103 \u00een mare parte la 3 factori: (i) mai multe femei de\u021bin func\u021bii manageriale; (ii) a crescut ponderea femeilor \u00een domenii ca: agricultura, construc\u021bia, domeniul transporturilor, sectoare de activitate care preponderent se considerau a fi destinate b\u0103rba\u021bilor \u0219i (iii) mai multe femei sunt active \u00een sectorul informal.
