{"id":266573,"date":"2023-10-12T11:33:14","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T11:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euneighbourseast.eu\/?p=266573"},"modified":"2023-10-13T11:16:49","modified_gmt":"2023-10-13T11:16:49","slug":"raport-implementarea-conventiei-ce-privind-combaterea-violentei-fata-de-femei-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euneighbourseast.eu\/ro\/news\/publications\/raport-implementarea-conventiei-ce-privind-combaterea-violentei-fata-de-femei-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Raport: Implementarea conven\u021biei CE privind combaterea violen\u021bei fa\u021b\u0103 de femei \u2013 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Constituirea \u0219i consolidarea Republicii Moldova ca stat independent \u0219i democratic, cu statut de subiect de drept interna\u021bional (anul 1991) a determinat armonizarea dreptului na\u021bional, \u00eendeosebi \u00een domeniul protec\u021biei drepturilor omului \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bilor fundamentale prin ratificarea a numeroase documente cu voca\u021bie universal\u0103 \u00een domeniul drepturilor omului, deschiz\u00e2nd calea spre un sistem de protec\u021bie interna\u021bional\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un instrument interna\u021bional adoptat \u00een domeniul protec\u021biei drepturilor \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bilor fundamentale \u00eel constituie Conven\u021bia Consiliului Europei privind prevenirea \u0219i combaterea violen\u021bei \u00eempotriva femeilor \u0219i a violen\u021bei domestice (cunoscut\u0103 sub denumirea de \u2013 Conven\u021bia de la Istanbul).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere orientarea Republicii Moldova spre spa\u021biul valoric democratic european, care se bazeaz\u0103 pe valorile constitu\u021bionale fundamentale, unanim recunoscute \u0219i protejate, precum democra\u021bia, respectarea drepturilor omului \u0219i a libert\u0103\u021bilor fundamentale \u0219i suprema\u021bia legii, la 6 februarie 2017 a fost semnat\u0103 Conven\u021bia de la Istanbul. Astfel, statul nostru a devenit cel de-al 44-lea stat semnatar al tratatului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, urm\u0103torul pas, \u0219i anume cel de ratificare a Conven\u021biei a fost realizat \u00een anul 2021, c\u00eend Republic\u0103 Moldova a devenit a 35-a \u021bar\u0103 care a ratificat Conven\u021bia Consiliului Europei privind prevenirea \u015fi combaterea violen\u021bei \u00eempotriva femeilor \u015fi a violen\u021bei domestice (Conven\u021bia de la Istanbul), prin Legea nr.144\/2021. Conven\u021bia de la Istanbul a intrat \u00een for\u021b\u0103 \u00een Republica Moldova la data de 1 mai 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u00een acest Raport sunt redate rezultatele promov\u0103rii politicilor \u00een domeniul prevenirii \u015fi combaterii violen\u021bei \u00eempotriva femeilor \u015fi a violen\u021bei domestice \u00een perioada 2020-2022 pe urm\u0103toarele direc\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Politici integrate \u0219i colectarea datelor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prevenire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protec\u021bie \u0219i suport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dreptul material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investiga\u0163ie, urm\u0103rire judiciar\u0103, legisla\u0163ie procedural\u0103 \u015fi m\u0103suri de protectie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Migra\u021bie \u0219i azil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Raportul Republicii Moldova privind Implementarea Conven\u021biei CE privind combaterea violen\u021bei fa\u021b\u0103 de femei.
