Totodat\u0103, schimb\u0103rile majore produse \u00een structura economic\u0103, integrarea \u0219i utilizarea TIC \u00een toate domeniile func\u021bionale a transformat cererea pe pia\u021ba for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u0219i cerin\u021bele angajatorilor \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te competen\u021bele profesionale \u0219i digitale necesare la diferite locuri de munc\u0103.
