A \u00eenceput ca o afacere a familiei Plugaru, dar \u00een ultimii cinci ani s-a extins de 10 ori ca num\u0103r de produc\u021bie \u0219i acum produsele brut\u0103riei pot fi g\u0103site pe rafturile a 170 de magazine din Rom\u00e2nia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directorul \u0219i co-proprietarul brut\u0103riei, Victor Nistoric\u0103, spune c\u0103 nu se opresc aici. Vor s\u0103 exporte produsele lor \u00een Israel, Germania, Irlanda: \u201eNe orient\u0103m spre diaspora noastr\u0103, acolo unde sunt moldovenii\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb de epurare, separator de gr\u0103simi, sistem de colectare a apelor de ploaie, colectarea \u0219i separarea de\u0219eurilor etc. Totu\u0219i, dup\u0103 cum men\u021bioneaz\u0103 directorul Brut\u0103riei Bardar, aceast\u0103 cre\u0219tere a afacerii \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea proceselor de lucru nu ar fi fost posibile f\u0103r\u0103 sus\u021binerea Uniunii Europene prin intermediul proiectului \u201eLivada Moldovei\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Brut\u0103ria Bardar sunt mai multe sec\u021bii de preparare a produselor de patiserie: \u00eencep\u00e2nd de la sec\u021bia de torturi \u0219i termin\u00e2nd cu cea de pl\u0103m\u0103dire a pl\u0103cintelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNumai pr\u0103jituri avem vreo 20 de feluri, iar torturi \u2013 aproximativ 15 feluri. De asemenea, acum facem \u0219i macarons, croissante. Anul trecut am fost provoca\u021bi s\u0103 vedem dac\u0103 putem s\u0103 facem torturi. Ne-am apucat \u0219i facem, inclusiv torturile le facem \u0219i la comand\u0103. Acum avem peste 30-40 de denumiri de produse \u00een patiserie \u0219i continu\u0103m s\u0103 cre\u0219tem\u201d, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 directorul \u0219i co-proprietarul brut\u0103riei, Victor Nistoric\u0103. Totu\u0219i, \u00een topul preferin\u021belor consumatorilor fideli sunt celebrele pl\u0103cintele \u201ePoale-n Br\u00e2u\u201d, pl\u0103m\u0103dite manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victor Nistoric\u0103 ne spun\u0103 c\u0103 o adev\u0103rat\u0103 revolu\u021bie pentru brut\u0103rie a \u00eenceput \u00een anul 2018-2019, atunci c\u00e2nd a ap\u0103rut ideea de produse semifabricate congelate \u0219i s-a decis s\u0103 se investeasc\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie. Cu ajutorul proiectului \u201eLivada Moldovei\u201d, brut\u0103ria a beneficiat de un credit de circa 3,3 milioane de lei, reu\u0219ind s\u0103 procure un microbuz pentru livrarea m\u0103rfii, un malaxor, un divizor, laminator, echipamente de procesare, cuptor, camer\u0103 de congelare \u0219i camer\u0103 de p\u0103strare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eVrem ca oamenii s\u0103 se simt\u0103 bine aici, ca \u00een familie\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen camerele de congelare sunt depozitate aproximativ 30 000 de pl\u0103cinte. Ele se v\u00e2nd doar \u00een stare congelat\u0103. O parte din pl\u0103cinte le vindem angro, iar alt\u0103 parte sunt distribuite comercian\u021bilor mai mici sau chiar direct acas\u0103 la oameni. N-am fi putut s\u0103 vindem torturi dac\u0103 nu am fi avut autocamionul care livreaz\u0103 produsele \u00een regim frigorific\u201d, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 Victor Nistoric\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n<div cre\u0219tere de 30-40 % \u00een fiecare an, iar capacitatea de producere este de circa 3-4 tone pe zi. Din tot volumul produselor spre export sunt destinate aproximativ 35%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNe dorim ca \u00een vreo doi ani s\u0103 export\u0103m \u00een afara \u021b\u0103rii cel pu\u021bin tot at\u00e2t c\u00e2t vindem \u0219i pe pia\u021ba local\u0103, poate chiar \u0219i mai mult. Nu planific\u0103m s\u0103 ne oprim din cre\u0219tere. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 am crescut portofoliul, am crescut \u0219i num\u0103rul de clien\u021bi aici, \u00een Moldova. Recent, am \u00eenceput s\u0103 export\u0103m masiv. Lucr\u0103m cu Kaufland \u00een Moldova \u0219i cu Kaufland \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia sunt peste 170 de magazine unde livr\u0103m produsele noastre.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centreprinderea a reu\u0219it s\u0103 creasc\u0103 num\u0103rul de angaja\u021bi de la 20 \u00een 2018 la 55 de persoane \u00een 2023, iar majoritatea (circa 90 %) sunt din localitatea Bardar. Programul obi\u0219nuit de lucru al unui lucr\u0103tor la Br\u0103t\u0103ria Bardar este de la 8.0 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 17.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNu-i u\u0219or s\u0103 g\u0103sim lucr\u0103tori, dar \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 ne pozi\u021bion\u0103m ca un angajator care ofer\u0103 condi\u021bii bune de munc\u0103. Nu m\u0103 refer doar la salariu. La noi este curat, cald, \u00eei oblig\u0103m pe angaja\u021bi s\u0103-\u0219i ia pauze. Facem a\u0219a ca oamenii s\u0103 se simt\u0103 bine, s\u0103 se simt\u0103 \u00een familie aici\u201d, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 Victor Nistoric\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eContribuim la un mediu s\u0103n\u0103tos \u00een localitate\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produc\u021bia Brut\u0103riei Bardar se bazeaz\u0103 pe metode ecologice de producere. Acestea sunt: sta\u021bie de epurare, separator de gr\u0103simi, sistem de colectare a apelor de ploaie, colectarea \u0219i separarea de\u0219eurilor etc. Toate acestea au fost instalate ca rezultat Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 noi am construit o sta\u021bie de epurare, fiindc\u0103 aici \u00een sat sistemul de canalizare nu-i prev\u0103zut \u0219i pentru uz industrial. Respectiv, noi am instalat separat o sta\u021bie de epurare \u0219i un separator de gr\u0103simi, pentru c\u0103 lucr\u0103m mult cu uleiul\u201d, ne poveste\u0219te Victor Nistoric\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, tot \u00een cadrul acestei metode de ecologizare brut\u0103ria are \u0219i un sistem de colectare a apelor de ploaie, care este folosit\u0103 \u00een procesele tehnice. \u00cen a\u0219a mod, \u00eentreprinderea consum\u0103 mai pu\u021bin\u0103 ap\u0103 de la re\u021bea \u0219i astfel se reduce presiunea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e\u00cen cadrul programului de ecologizare am mers \u0219i pe partea de selectare a de\u0219eurilor. Avem tomberoane pentru plastic, h\u00e2rtie, de\u0219euri organice etc. Colabor\u0103m cu o companie de sortare a de\u0219eurilor care vine \u0219i ne ia h\u00e2rtia \u0219i plasticul, pentru ca ulterior s\u0103 fie reciclate. Este foarte important \u0219i pe termen imediat \u2013 ne-am redus costurile de transportare a de\u0219eurilor. Pe termen lung \u2013 contribuim la un mediu s\u0103n\u0103tos \u00een localitate, nu polu\u0103m aerul \u0219i apa\u201d, spune directorul \u0219i co-proprietarul Brut\u0103riei Bardar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participarea \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201eLivada Moldovei\u201d, dup\u0103 cum spune Victor Nistoric\u0103, a fost foarte eficient\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eCuptorul, malaxorul, fermentorul, camerele frigorifice \u2013 toate aceste utilaje au fost achizi\u021bionate cu ajutorul creditului din cadrul proiectului \u00abLivada Moldovei\u00bb. Acest credit ne-a fost oferit la o rat\u0103 preferen\u021bial\u0103, mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t era \u00een pia\u021b\u0103. De asemenea, un punct important pe care trebuie s\u0103-l remarc este faptul c\u0103 tot ce noi cump\u0103r\u0103m prin intermediul proiectului \u00abLivada Moldovei\u00bb este cu scutire de TVA. Noi av\u00e2nd un credit de circa 3,3 milioane de lei, nu am mai achitat \u0219i 700 000 de lei pe TVA, atunci c\u00e2nd am cump\u0103rat utilajul. Este un beneficiu foarte mare. Chiar \u0219i acum suntem la etapa de a mai lua un credit de la \u00abLivada Moldovei\u00bb\u201d, precizeaz\u0103 Victor Nistoric\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb
