Legea a fost elaborat\u0103 cu sprijinul Uniunii Europene prin intermediul \u201eProiectului de Asisten\u021b\u0103 Rapid\u0103 pentru Securitate Cibernetic\u0103 pentru Republica Moldova\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit legii, autoritatea competent\u0103 a Republicii Moldova desemneaz\u0103, \u00een baza mai multor criterii, institu\u021biile \u0219i furnizorii de servicii c\u0103rora li se va cere s\u0103 ating\u0103 un nivel necesar de securitate cibernetic\u0103. Ace\u0219ti furnizori de servicii esen\u021biale vor trebui, de asemenea, s\u0103 raporteze pe viitor incidentele cibernetice semnificative autorit\u0103\u021bilor competente din Republica Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSecuritatea, inclusiv cea cibernetic\u0103, este un obiectiv fundamental pe agenda Republicii Moldova datorit\u0103 pozi\u021biei geopolitice vulnerabile a \u021b\u0103rii, \u00eentre Uniunea European\u0103 \u0219i Federa\u021bia Rus\u0103. La elaborarea politicii de securitate cibernetic\u0103, am preluat cele mai bune practici din UE, care vor facilita comunicarea regional\u0103 \u0219i interna\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i vor contribui la cre\u0219terea securit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i rezilien\u021bei spa\u021biului cibernetic al Republicii Moldova\u201d, a spus Dumitru Alaiba, viceprim ministru, ministru al dezvolt\u0103rii economice \u0219i digitaliz\u0103rii.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprijinul pentru elaborarea Legii Securit\u0103\u021bii Cibernetice a fost oferit de Exper\u021bii Academiei de e-Guvernare din Estonia (eGA) \u201eProiectului de Asisten\u021b\u0103 Rapid\u0103 pentru Securitate Cibernetic\u0103 pentru Republica Moldova\u201d finan\u021bat de UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Afl\u0103 mai multe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeas.europa.eu\/delegations\/moldova\/cu-sprijinul-ue-moldova-adoptat-legea-securit%C4%83%C8%9Bii-cibernetice_ro?s=223\">Comunicat de pres\u0103<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Legea privind securitatea cibernetic\u0103 a Republicii Moldova, recent adoptat\u0103, va intra \u00een vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2025.
