ideea c\u00e2nd a dat peste informa\u021bii despre proiectul EU4Youth. Dup\u0103 ce a finalizat un curs de instruire privind antreprenoriatul social, a intrat \u00een <strong>Concursul Accelerator of Social Enterprises\/ Acceleratorul \u00eentreprinderilor sociale<\/strong> \u0219i a c\u00e2\u0219tigat un grant de 7 500 de euro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romani\u021ba a fost foarte inspirat\u0103 de instruire: <em>\u201eC\u00e2nd am \u00een\u021beles \u00een ce const\u0103 antreprenoriatul social, pur \u0219i simplu nu am vrut s\u0103 m\u0103 ocup de altceva, a\u0219a c\u0103 am urmat acest drum.\u201d <\/em>Ea explic\u0103 c\u00e2t de important a fost sprijinul EU4Youthpentru ea:<em> \u201eF\u0103r\u0103 grantul EU4Youth, nu cred c\u0103 a\u0219 fi putut pune \u00een practic\u0103 o asemenea idee. De asemenea, datorit\u0103 grantului am putut s\u0103 \u00eenchiriez un sediu \u0219i am putut achizi\u021biona o mul\u021bime de unelte electrice \u0219i manuale, cu ajutorul c\u0103rora pot prelucra diferite materiale.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reinvent este o \u00eentreprindere social\u0103, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een compara\u021bie cu o afacere clasic\u0103, a fost \u00eenfiin\u021bat\u0103 cu o misiune \u2013 s\u0103 aduc\u0103 schimbare \u00een bine; iar profitul este instrumentul prin care aceast\u0103 schimbare este posibil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eA avea statutul juridic de \u00eentreprindere social\u0103 este o garan\u021bie pentru mine c\u0103, \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii mele de antreprenoriat, nu m\u0103 voi abate de la principiile \u0219i valorile umane care sunt extrem de importante pentru mine \u0219i care stau la baza antreprenoriatului social. Pentru mine, ideea de a lucra pentru a genera \u201ebine\u201d \u00een lume m\u0103 face fericit\u0103, m\u0103 motiveaz\u0103 \u0219i, practic, d\u0103 sens vie\u021bii mele.\u201d \u2013
