Steliana Burlacu a creat \u0219i Funda\u021bia pentru Educa\u021bie \u0219i Dezvoltare, organiza\u021bie neguvernamental\u0103, ce \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ridice calitatea vie\u021bii oamenilor \u00een cele mai diverse domenii, prin cercet\u0103ri, educa\u021bie, traininguri de dezvoltare. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Steliana Burlacu spune c\u0103 a fost inspirat<\/span><span lang=\"RO\">\u0103 de programul <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201c<\/span>Training of Trainers\u201d, organizat de proiectul \u201cSocietatea Civil<span lang=\"RO\">\u0103. Dialog pentru Progres<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201d.<\/span> &nbsp;Programul a fost creat pentru a preg\u0103ti formatori califica\u021bi pentru organiza\u021biile societ\u0103\u021bii civile din \u021bara lor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"RO\">Steliana Burlacu a c\u00e2\u0219tigat \u0219i un grant oferit de acest program, care a ajutat-o <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i continuie activitatea \u00een sectorul neguvernamental.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201cAveam <\/span><span lang=\"RO\">\u0219i anterior experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een domeniu, dar programul m-a inspirat s\u0103 \u00eemi continui munca. Cu timpul, antreprenoarea a decis s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i dezvolte afacerea, cu accent anume pe tradi\u021biile regiunii. Proiectul unei adev\u0103rate vile etnice tradi\u021bionale a fost sus\u021binut de UE \u0219i Ana Statova a \u00eenceput s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i construiasc\u0103 visul.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u201c<\/span><span lang=\"RO\">Oamenii din ora\u0219 au \u00eenceput s\u0103 contribuie cu obiecte de ale str\u0103bunilor lor, pe care le g\u0103seau acas\u0103, venea cu sfaturi despre elementele arhitecturale. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een ziua de azi complet\u0103m vila, cu at\u00e2ta iubire.
