Ukraine: mini-grants and practical support for for IDPs and refugees who wish to return home

The EU-funded Back Home UA project is offering support to returning refugees and IDPs in Ukraine, including mini-grants, legal and marketing advice, facilitating negotiations with local authorities, and searching for temporary housing.

The project, implemented by the ‘Community. Social Projects Lab’ NGO, aims to facilitate the return and adaptation of Ukrainians in new hosting communities or in communities that have suffered from occupation or war, providing support to help create new jobs through entrepreneurship development.

Who can apply?

  • IDPs or refugees returning from abroad, but who become IDPs because they cannot live at home due to ongoing hostilities, occupation, or destruction;
  • residents of communities that have been liberated or otherwise affected by hostilities, who have suffered human or material losses.
