Ukraine: apply now to take part in EU4Youth Policy Labs

EU4Youth is organising two sets of policy workshops in Ukraine, one on Youth employment and entrepreneurship in Kharkiv (starting on 18 June), and the other on Green and sustainable development in Ivano-Frankivsk (starting on 29 June).

Each topic will have several workshops running from June until September, with the opening and closing meetings taking place online, and the main workshops face-to-face.

The policy workshops are held in a unique, interactive format of discussion and exchange that brings together politicians, stakeholders at different levels of policy implementation and a group of young people to work together to address relevant challenges related to the two thematic areas.

The laboratories should result in suggestions for adjusting existing processes to the needs of users and their effective implementation through open discussion and creativity in communities.

To participate, you need to choose one of the two subjects and create a team. The application should be submitted online by 13 June by the team coordinator, who will act as contact person.

Participation in the policy labs is free. All face-to-face activities will take place in compliance with health regulations. Participants will be provided with the necessary materials, hotel accommodation and meals. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. All graduates of the policy workshops will receive certificates.

The workshops are organised by the EU4Youth – Youth Engagement Roadmaps project, funded by the European Union under the EU4Youth programme. The project aims to promote the employment and active participation of young people in society and the economy, developing their skills and supporting them in leadership and entrepreneurship.
