The EU-funded ‘U-LEAD with Europe’ Programme in Ukraine is looking for two experts for communicational support of U-LEAD and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (MinDigit) in the field of digital transformation of municipalities.
The U-LEAD with Europe Programme is a multi-donor action of the EU and its member states (Germany, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Estonia and Slovenia) that helps to improve the delivery of administrative services in Ukraine.
Candidates should be aware of what is happening in digital transformation in Ukraine and be able to create stories that inspire change in municipalities.
The deadline for applications is 24 June.

This website is managed by the EU-funded Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood ('EU NEIGHBOURS east’), which complements and supports the communication of the Delegations of the European Union in the Eastern partner countries, and works under the guidance of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, and the European External Action Service. EU NEIGHBOURS east is implemented by a B&S Europe-led consortium.
