Start-ups from Eastern Partnership invited to apply for support programme – deadline on 7 October

The EBRD Green Cities initiative has launched an innovative start-up competition for start-ups from the Bank’s countries of operations.

The Green Cities Innovation Start-up Competition is open to all high-potential start-ups from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine, that contribute to energy sustainability and security in urban environments.

The winning companies will join the cohort of venture teams in an intensive and dedicated 18-month support programme. They will participate in systematic business diagnostic workshops, individual consulting projects and online/personal mentoring sessions. They will also gain access to the finances and global networks of business partners, high-level executives and potential clients.

The total value of the advisory service project is €100,000, of which €15,000 can go towards services outside the scope of the offer.

The deadline for applications is 7 October. A short online form must be completed to apply.
