People in Need is looking for evaluator or team of evaluators to perform external evaluation of EU-funded project

The Czech NGO ‘People in Need’ is looking for an evaluator or team of evaluators to perform external evaluation of the ‘Civil society actors as drivers of change in South Caucasus and Moldova’ project, funded by the European Union.

Over the years 2020-2022, newly established civil society organisations, grassroots groups, civic initiatives, and social and cultural movements from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova have been targeted and supported in various ways through this project.

With assistance from the project team and skilled facilitators, the selected organisations – 58 in four countries – have developed their own strategies aiming at defining their role in society, and influencing systemic changes. The participants benefitted of tailored trainings, coaching, mentoring, consultations, study visits, and fellowships. Moreover, the selected civil society organisations have been supported by EU with core grants tied to each organisation’s capacity development plan, and with campaign grants, implemented either at community or national levels, raising awareness on topics ranging from environment protection to youth and women empowerment.

Reaching the final stage of the project, People in Need has announced the selection process of an evaluator or team of evaluators, preferably based in Armenia or Georgia, to conduct the final evaluation of the project.

The maximum budget for the final project evaluation is €10,000 including taxes.  The deadline for applications is 15 July.
