Online course on civil activism in Georgia – apply by 25 March

The Civil Society STAR Initiative in Georgia, supported by the EU, has announced a call for applications for an online course on civil activism.

This is an opportunity for beginners or experienced civil activists who want to improve skills to effectively plan and implement non-violent civil or social campaigns. Particular attention will be paid to the analysis of the practice of using non-traditional methods in ensuring government accountability and / or transparency, deciding tactics, communication, mobilization and organization of low-risk actions and campaigns.

The course is free of charge and upon successful completion a certificate is issued.

The training is tentatively scheduled for April, but will be more precisely planned depending on applications received.

Deadline for applications is 25 March.
