Moldova: Grants for projects strengthening education, culture, health, environment and sport on the two banks of the Nistru River


The EU Confidence Building Measures Programme, funded by the EU and implemented by UNDP Moldova, has announced the launch of a small grants programme in 2022.

The call is open for civil society organisations (NGOs, non-profit organisations, public associations, etc.) from both banks of the Nistru River. The intention is to implement projects in areas such as: education, culture, health, environment and sport. Selected activities should have a positive impact on a significant number of inhabitants and their livelihoods.

The deadline for applications is 28 February.

Successful applicants will receive up to €20,000 per project.

This programme contributes to building trust between residents on both banks of the Nistru river by involving them in joint development projects.
