Job Opportunity in Ukraine: Associate Expert for the Reform Support Team


The Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine (MDETA) opens a call for applications to Associate Expert Analyst Public Procurement Market Design (Category 3) to Reforms Support Team.

RST is a group of Ukrainian professionals (non-civil servants) funded on a temporary basis by the donors that provides targeted technical support and assists the Ministry in design and implementation of priority reforms. The RST consultants provide assistance in filling the capacity gaps in design and implementation of priority reform strategies and programs, while strengthening links and partnerships between the Ministry’s priorities and relevant donors’ support.

The funding source of this assignment is the EBRD Ukraine Stabilization and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account (MDA). The contributors are: Denmark, the European Union, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and the United States of America. Please note selection and contracting will be subject to MDA procedures and availability of funding.
