The Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting as part of the ‘Public for Democratisation’ programme, funded by the European Union, has announced a grant competition, ‘Consolidating for Ukraine’s Victory’.
The aim is to support CSOs that implement humanitarian and volunteer initiatives, inform the public about challenges and ways to help citizens, consolidate citizens and NGOs around volunteering, and take action to counter disinformation from the enemy.
CSOs can apply for grants under the following thematic priorities of the competition: support for internally displaced persons in humanitarian aid centres and volunteer centres, communication between people/organisations in need, initiatives to mitigate the various negative consequences of war at the local level, support for regional public media, support for volunteers and initiative groups by providing institutional support to CSOs.
The grants range from 80,000 to 240,000 hryvnias.
The competition will be ongoing – applications can be submitted at any time.
