Global Careers Month: regional event for career guidance practitioners – join on 15 November 

As part of the Global Career Month, a regional event for Eastern Europe and Central Asia –  ‘Professionalization of career guidance practitioners’ – will take place on 15 November (11:00-13:10 CET, online format).

The regional event for Eastern Europe and Central Asia is organised by the European Training Foundation and led by the regional focal points CareerLab Armenia, and the Ukrainian Association of Career Guidance and Educational Advising.

The event aims to identify challenges related to practitioner competencies, and to showcase  and highlight the importance of their work in the fields of education and youth employment.

Career guidance practitioners, researchers, NGOs, social partners, donors, development cooperation partners, technical experts from Ministries are invited to participate and contribute to the discussions within the regional event.

The regional event will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation from/into Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Romanian, Ukrainian languages to allow for practitioner level exchange.

The Global Careers Month is taking place from 8 November to 12 December 2022 and is organised by the Inter-Agency Career Guidance Working Group (IAG CGWG), composed of Cedefop, the European Commission, ETF, ILO, OECD, UNESCO and the World Bank. During this period, the international agencies will promote a series of global and regional level events, in partnership with national and regional associations operating in the area of career development as it relates to both young people and adults.
