Georgia: EU4Youth Green Ideathon is coming to Gori

EU4Youth are holding the Green Ideathon in Gori, and young people from the area are invited to take part. The event is a chance for Georgia’s budding social and green entrepreneurs to come together, and includes a competition to find the best ideas out there.

The core objective is to raise awareness among young people about social and green entrepreneurship and to discover novel, innovative business approaches. All the teams registering for the competition can participate in relevant thematic training modules that will deepen their knowledge of social and green entrepreneurship, brainstorming, youth activities and environmental protection.

This great opportunity is open to 14 to 29 year-olds from Gori Municipality. Contestants can apply individually or in teams of three. Individual applicants will join a team composed of Ideathon organisers.

The final stages will reveal three winning teams, who will be awarded GEL 1 000, 800 and 500.

Those wishing to participate must register by 25 November via the following link: https://forms.gle/3AGPYeGAVfbVhiq56.
