EuroSchool in Azerbaijan: young people invited to apply


The EU Delegation to Azerbaijan invites Azerbaijani youth to participate in the 5th edition of EuroSchool, which will take place on 2-4 August 2022 in one of the regions of Azerbaijan. 

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the EU, its history, fundamental principles and values, the process of legislative alignment and harmonisation, energy and environmental issues, the European Neighbourhood Policy, the Eastern Partnership initiative and EU-Azerbaijan relations in an interactive educational environment.

In addition, representatives of the EU NEIGHBOURS east Programme will introduce participants to the Young European Ambassadors network, which brings together young people from EU member states and Eastern Partnership countries, including Azerbaijan.

The training will be conducted in English. Transport from Baku to the region and back, meals and accommodation (double rooms) will be covered by the EU Delegation.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Azerbaijani citizens aged between 18 and 25 years old;
  • Higher education students or graduates;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Interest in International Affairs, European Union, Political sciences, International Trade, Education, or Energy;
  • Full participation and availability for the whole period of the EuroSchool.

The deadline for applications is 19 June.
