EU4Youth hosts international conference on ‘Best legal practices and support programmes for social entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine’


EU4Youth is organising an international conference on 12 May on ‘Best legal practices and support programmes for social entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine’. The event will be organised online.

Experts and practitioners from Moldova and Ukraine will discuss initiatives to amend the current legislation for social entrepreneurship in both countries, share best legislative practices and tools to support social entrepreneurs, and host a panel discussion on financial instruments for social enterprises.

The project invites social entrepreneurs, young people, experts, local governments, NGOs and other interested companies, organisations and individuals to participate in the International Conference.

Time: 10:00 – 17:30, 12 May 2021 (Kyiv time)

Working languages of the event: English, Romanian, and Ukrainian

The conference is orgnised by the ‘EU4Youth – Unlocking the potential of young social entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine ( EUnlocking) project, which helps to foster the social entrepreneurial potential of young people in Moldova and Ukraine by establishing a favourable ecosystem for social enterprises, as well as by inspiring and supporting more young social entrepreneurs to develop and sustain their innovative solutions to the promotion of social inclusion and environmental sustainability across both countries. The project is funded by the European Union under its EU4Youth Programme.
