EU4Environment: Call for Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) and eco-labelling activities in Armenia


The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is looking for an Implementing Partner in Armenia to conduct activities to promote Sustainable Public Procurement and Complementary Tools (i.e. eco-labelling) in Armenia, as part of the EU-funded EU4Environment programme.

The selected Implementing Partner will lead the activities (including National assessment on SPP,  elaborating SPP criteria and technical specifications for three selected products and launching tenders) to promote SPP and eco-labelling in Armenia. UNEP will provide technical and overall guidance and will ensure quality control of the products as well coordination with other EU4Environment implementing partners. All work will be conducted in close consultation with the European Commission and the EU Delegation (EUD) in Armenia.

This call for expressions of interest is open to any not-for-profit organisation, think tank, university or research centre based in Armenia or in the Caucasus region. Proficiency in English and Armenian languages is required.

The deadline for applications is 3 April.
