EU4Belarus: EU-funded project in Lithuania looking for Team Leader


The Central Project Management Agency (Lithuania), implementing the ‘EU4Belarus: Reinforcing Resilience and Democratisation’ programme, is looking for a Team Leader to work with the EU-funded programme ‘Advanced Learning and Training (SALT II)’.

The contract will run until the end of October 2025. The remuneration will range from €5,000 to €6,000 (before taxes) depending on the experience and competences of the candidate. 

The key tasks of the Team Leader will include overall responsibility of the implementation and results of the Programme, support and coordination of all activities in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Belarus, core team, independent Belarus civil society organisations, and European Humanities University and its donors.

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years general professional experience and at least five years specific experience in the Programme areas (youth, education, human capital development, scholarship and grant schemes, university administration) and a high level of English and Russian language proficiency.

The deadline for applications is 8 January 2023.
