EU-funded project in Ukraine invites communication expert for short-term contract

The EU-funded project ‘Better Services for Consumers in Reformed Energy Markets’ is looking for a senior non-key communications expert for a short-time contract.

An expert is needed to prepare a communication plan to ensure project visibility and to inform energy consumers about energy markets.  

The expected start date is as soon as the candidate is selected.  

The expert may be based in Kyiv or other Ukrainian cities, or elsewhere outside Ukraine.

The candidate should have higher education, preferably in communications, marketing, public relations or journalism, and excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian. Proven experience in preparing communications plans and/or strategies and developing communications activities for the Ukrainian energy sector as well as working with stakeholders in the country’s energy sector is required.
