e-Governance conference on disinformation for Eastern Partnership – Apply to participate


The 3rd Eastern Partnership e-governance conference on ‘Disinformation in the digital age. Effects on democracy, state and society’ will take place in Tartu, Estonia, on 26 November.

The conference will discuss how to mitigate the problems of disinformation in the digital age, the divide in public opinion, filter bubbles, and how AI (Artificial Intelligence) can be used to provide solutions for this issue endangering democracy itself. 

The conference is co-organised with the support of the European Commission (under the Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme), the Republic of Austria, University of Tartu and other stakeholders under the EU’s Slovenian Presidency.
