The Ukrainian Students’ Union has announced an open call for applications to participate in the Ukrainian Future Leaders Programme to be held from 5 to 30 October 2022 in Brussels, Belgium.

The programme envisages the immersion of young Ukrainian specialists and students (citizens of Ukraine) aged 18 to 28 years old in the work of EU institutions and their exposure to European values.

The internship will take place in the office of a Member of the European Parliament, where successful candidates will be able to gain important skills needed to shape public policy. Programme participants will conduct research, participate in meetings and assist in the management of various projects.

The programme has also been endorsed by members of the Verkhovna Rada as well as the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The programme will cover the costs of transport and accommodation.
