Armenia: creative incubator Artbox to support commercially viable art projects

The EU-supported Artbox project in Armenia, providing comprehensive support to powerful creative ideas with potential for commercial success, has launched a call for proposals.

The competition aims to support commercially viable art projects and pitch them to top cultural investors.

Over a 12-week incubation period this spring, selected creative teams will take part in workshops conducted by business and cultural leaders, develop the strategy and assets (business plan, marketing plan, pitch deck, website, etc.), and present and pitch their projects for possible investments from high-profile cultural investors and entrepreneurs.

The application deadline is 21 January.

Artbox was launched by the ‘Creative Armenia’ foundation in partnership with the European Union and GIZ’s EU4Business ‘Innovative Tourism and Technology Development for Armenia’ (ITTD) project.
