SAY YES – Skills for jobs


In 2018, in the context of the EU4Youth project ‘SAY YES – Skills for jobs’, the Global Development Fund conducted a survey to identify the skills needed in the agrarian sector and motivation of young people to pursue a career in this area. The findings of the survey allowed the project team to assess youth interest in non-formal vocational trainings in agriculture, understand the existing skills mismatch and define present and future skills demand.
