Recommendations on digital transformation of administrative services provision and ASCs

The ‘Recommendations on digital transformation of administrative services provision and ASCs’ were developed by the EU-funded ‘U-LEAD with Europe’ programme. The document, prepared by Ukrainian and Swedish experts, features recommendations for new challenges in the field of administrative services caused by intense digitalisation on the state level and the transformation of the field of administrative services.

The document is designed to draw the attention of governmental authorities to the challenges in this area and the importance of ensuring conditions for accessible and quality administrative services.

The ‘U-LEAD with Europe’ programme, funded by the EU and its Member States, contributes to the establishment of a multilevel management system, which is transparent, accountable and meets the needs of citizens.
