EU4Youth in Armenia and Ukraine: Employability Curriculum for students

The Employability Curriculum was developed in 2018 by Aflatoun International for the EU4Youth project ‘Employability and Stability’. Its purpose is to help students to build a bridge for turning their skills into action, with the ultimate goal of successfully finding employment. Besides covering the basics of job searching, the programme also focuses on identifying personal strenghts and linking these to work possibilities, using effective communication and time management.
