EU4Energy: Monitoring report on Ukraine’s progress in the implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU in the areas of energy and environment


End of the year culminated with a series of decisions in the energy sector in Ukraine. On the last working day of the year, the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry issued a draft Energy Strategy Implementation Plan, proposing to submit comments by January 12, 2018. The document includes a description of the activities, their justification, responsible persons, timeline and indicators of implementation, as well as expected results.

This publication is produced under the activities of the project “Enhancing impact of civil society in monitoring and policy dialogue on energy and related sectors’ reforms in line with the Association Agreement implementation” that aims at strengthening the role of civil society in advocating reforms in the energy and related sectors.
